I'm a former lawyer turned award-winning travel writer who shares resources and guides for the conditions I deal with: celiac disease, a spinal CSF leak, mast cell activation disorder, and chronic pain. The site used to be about travel and food, but grounded indefinitely due to my disabilities, I now write about the journey of that change.
